Your data is precious to us and therefore we only use it for our own basis. We do not under any circumstances share your data with any third party.
We only collect the personal data that you complete for classes that you have with us at City Limits, Sheffield and any contact us form that you complete on the website.
All data that we hold, we review on a yearly basis and delete anything we don’t need.
Security
City Limits, Sheffield will ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
Consent
In all cases we will ask for your consent to use your data to send you any updates in classes or special offers that we have from time to time. This consent requires a positive opt-in via contact us form. You can always remove this consent at any time. Please see ‘right to be removed’.
Right to be removed
As you are in control of the data that we hold on you, you always have the right for us to delete this information from the database; this is your ‘right to be forgotten’. In order to do this, all you have to do is reply to any email from us with the word “STOP” and your data will be removed. We will remove any data within one month of your request.
Right of access
At any time that you would like to see the data that we have on our database, please email traceycitylimits@hotmail.co.uk requesting the data you require. We will respond with your data via email; please specify if you would like your data sent to you in any other format. We will always respond to your request within one month of your request.
Electronic mail marketing
From time to time, we will send out emails with information regarding special offers or new classes that we offer. To receive these emails, you must have opted in or been an existing customer, prior to May 2018. If you have opted in, you can opt out at any time. (See Right to be removed) We will never send out any emails that conceals our identity, therefore providing you with a valid contact address for you to opt out or unsubscribe.
